Can I change my order?
If an order has not shipped, modifications may be accommodated. Please contact info@fabulouspeople.com for requests. 

I’m unsure about a size or fit question. How do I find this information?
All size information can be found on our Size chart, however if you still have questions please email info@fabulouspeople.com.

What can I do if something is out of stock in my size?
New items can sell out quickly, however we often receive new shipments. Please email us at info@fabulouspeople.com and we'll notify you when we have your item in stock.

When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days of purchase.  We ship all of our orders via USPS, most domestic packages will arrive within 3-5 business days depending on location. International orders will arrive within 7-10 business days. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.

Where is my order confirmation?
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address provided. If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add info@fabulouspeople.com to your contacts.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Customs Duties and Taxes: Your local government may impose import duties and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) on shipments from outside your country. You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Customs Value: Fabulous People, LLC is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
